SPX Flow Technology Transitioning From Divisional to Regional Structure

The SPX Flow Technology segment has expanded its global presence. As a result, we have transformed from a divisional-based operating structure to a regional structure effective January 1, 2010.  This realignment will help position us for continued global growth and improved flexibility to better respond to our customers’ needs.

The new SPX Flow Technology operating structure will be divided into the following three regions with an emphasis on serving the food & beverage, power & energy, and industrial markets worldwide:

  • The Americas

  • EMEA  (Europe, Middle East, Africa)

  • Asia Pacific

Our well known product brands will be unaffected by this change, however the SPX Process Equipment, SPX Flow Control, and SPX Dehydration & Filtration divisional references will no longer be used. Future identification on correspondences will reflect these changes to SPX Flow Technology and will be communicated when they occur.
